Lights, Camera, Click!
I was in my studio and this idea came to me. Sometimes, that’s how the best ideas pop into my head. I know there are alot of people out there who want to know more about studio lights, how they work, how to set your camera correctly, and how to work with people/children during portraits. The problem with this is it’s hard to either set this up in your home or find a place where you can try it out for yourself. So, here we go…
Introducing my first official photography workshop: “Lights, Camera, Click!”
When: Thursday, November 5th
Time: 5:00 P.M. – 8:00 P.M.
Where: My studio (1570 Century Point, Eagan, MN)

This is a workshop strictly for beginners. If you have basic knowledge of lighting, this may not be a good fit for you. However, if you are looking to get more practice in or get a refresher course, this may be something worth trying. Finally, this is going to be based on how I operate my lights, my camera settings, and how I take pictures. Every photographer has their particular style and methods for setting up their lights. I’m going to show you what I do to obtain the different looks in my photos.
