Introducing Andrew Earl!!!

Ha!  I get to write a post about my son 🙂

He was 6 pounds, 15 ounces and 19 3/4 inches.  We are amazed as to how small he is, especially since my first son was almost 11 pounds and 23 inches!!  Granted, my first son was 2 weeks overdue, but still… this guy is a peanut compared to the size he was!

I was up and about today thank goodness, so I was able to get out my camera and use some of the wonderful natural light in the room to get some pictures.  The first few I took while he was sound asleep.  The other ones I took when he was wide awake for over an hour right after a good feeding.  He was so alert and aware of what was going on around him!  You can see it from the pictures, so I was very happy to be ready with the camera to capture it.

Other than that, things are great!  I’m feeling way better after this scheduled c-section that I did with my first c-section, so maybe I’ll be back to work sooner than later 🙂
