So, these sessions were rescheduled twice before we were finally able to get them in this week. What a gorgeous evening it was! We couldn’t have asked for better weather. I guess this is Mother Nature’s way of paying us back for last fall’s atrocity. I remember the 2nd weekend in October when it SNOWED for my mini-sessions. I selected AppleWood Orchard in Lakeville from the one where my son visits for his preschool. I was wracking my brain for places to go, and this one just popped out at me when I was filling out the permission slip for his field trip there. 🙂 I called them up, and they were exactly what I was looking for. I highly recommend a trip out there if you are looking for a fun family trip this fall!!
First is adorable Emma for her 1 year photos. She was my model at my Photo Mama workshop in June!
Up next is Will, Alex, & Max… three boys! Will & Alex were dead-set on picking a bunch of apples, while Max did not want to stray more than 3 feet from his dad. 😉
My third family was Charlie & Audrey. These two siblings were tons of fun, and Audrey gave both mom & me a run for our money! She is at that ripe toddler age where it is especially difficult to photograph. We managed, though, to get some awesome shots. We got Charlie to behave by bribing him with Smarties! 😉
She did not want this headband on 🙂
Finally is a little girl who I’ve worked with the past 2 years, since she was 1 year old. Addie was a doll and really lit up the camera in the beautiful evening sunlight. It is always a pleasure to see them again, and I’m super excited about their new addition coming in January!
