We all worked so hard for these photos, and they were certainly well worth the effort. I attend church with Andrew and his family and was honored when they asked me to take his senior photos. Andrew had a good idea of the “look” he was going for. I like to take what my subject is looking for and put my personal spin on it. He is in his senior year at Edina High School and thinks he will possibly go into medicine. His parents are both in the medical profession, so I guess that’s a logical choice! He also has a talent for baseball & the french horn, which we incorporated into his photos. We traveled to a few different beaches in Minneapolis, one on Lake Calhoun and the other on Lake Harriet. Finally, we ended up in the beautiful courtyard of our church (St. Mary’s Greek Orthodox Church in Minneapolis) as the sun was setting. After all of that, we topped it off with some shots at my studio in Eagan. It was a long night, but we had a blast. Here are a few of the many photos we took. Enjoy!!
So, a funny thing happened while we were taking this photo. We both heard it… the sprinklers. Thank goodness they went off on the other side of where he was standing!
